The Truth Really is B-eautiful...

I watched this fantastic documentary called The Beautiful Truth and it showed these cases of people with huge tumors (we're talking second head sized tumors!) and instead of putting them on an iv of chemotherapy (which attacks good and bad cells), they put them on an iv of large doses of vitamin C. Within a short period of time (3 months for one; 6 months for the other) the tumors were gone! The vitamin C was attacking only the bad cells and not harming the good cells at all, so the patients had no negative side effects.

I personally have heard on the news several times here and there about overdosing on vitamins and 'don't take too much of this' and 'don't take too much of that! It's dangerous!' ... then they go on to tell you about this incredible breakthrough with a new pharmaceutical (read: money-maker). This was addressed in the documentary with cold hard facts. My facts won't be cold and hard (I didn't write it down, go watch it for yourself. You won't be disappointed!), but the jist of it was that about 10 people's deaths have been attributed to an overdose on vitamins (and not even conclusively) in the last 10 years. In that same amount fo time hundreds of thousands of deaths have been attributed to prescribed 'medicine' and only accounting for those taking it as recommended (not the doofy losers popping it behind the garbage bins)! So,  I personally am not too terrible worried about it. My plan for now is to begin doubling up on my vitamin C since I already have that here. Once I conduct further research into the safest limit (according to alternative specialists, not the government) that has been taken and I will begin taking it for a few days and see how I feel. Oh, if anyone actually reads this someday go ahead and read Kris Carr's Crazy, Sexy Diet so that you will understand my aversion to the government and western medicine, that way I won't have to keep making comments that make me sound like a paranoid, new-age hippie! You will just understand what I mean right off!
