Nerve Sheath Repair

While doing my usual research today I came across the following information:

Riboflavin (B2)
Riboflavin is important in the breakdown of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and, like thiamine, it acts as a coenzyme in the process. It is also significant in the maintenance of the skin and mucous membranes, the cornea of the eye and for nerve sheaths. Riboflavin also acts as a coenzyme for oxidation-reduction reactions throughout the body. Oxidation reduction reactions involve the addition of either oxygen or hydrogen to a substance. One important consequence of this process is when it acts to inhibit chemical reactions with oxygen or highly reactive free radicals. These oxidation reactions can cause damage to our cells.

So, if I can increase the amount of riboflavin and other nerve sheath strengthening vitamins perhaps I can get the nerve to more rapidly heal and squeeze some of the liquid out of the cyst. Obviously this isn't scientific as I am only working with common knowledge and hoping it takes me somewhere. Another thought is that I can somehow get the cyst to start shrinking, while on a regimen for sheath repair and they can work hand and hand. Here is a list of herbs that are suppose to help with shrinking tumors and cysts:

- Manjistha, Burdock Root, Goldenseal, Chaparral, Maitake (mushroom), Shitake (mushroom), Rehmannia, Yucca, Yellow Dock Rook, and Dandelion Root

As soon as I get s little more money I am going to go buy these products and begin in comjunction with my superhealing diet. Fingers crossed!
