The Plot Thickens....

Ok, now it's getting crazy! I have been researching vitamin B deficiency and all the symptoms have been here all along. I discovered that not just drinking causes defficiencies in vit B, so that would explain how some of the people on the tralov forums ended up sharing my fate. I watched the following video on you tube:

Everything he listed as a symptom of deficieny matches up perfectly with me, now and pre-tarlov era. It is super freakin crazy! It makes sense though, duh, because everything is related to a deficiency. I instictively knew that my drinking for 9 years, basically straight, was the cause of me getting this from the moment I heard my doctor utter the dispicable words to me. I just knew it! I knew that I couldn't drink that often for that long and get a way with it. It is impossible. I am actually quite impressed that my body held out for 9 years. I am very excited about this connection of the dots becasue it gives me a sunshine ray straight to my core! When I went and looked up the B-Food he was suggesting here is what it lists as signs of deficiency....any of them sound familiar?

'A deficiency in the B food complex has been shown to lead to chronic fatigue, emotional problems (vague fears, paranoia, mood swings, attention deficit, irritability, rage, etc.), PMS problems, anemia, body pain, difficulty concentrating, lethargia, nervous system disorders, hormonal difficulties, heartbeat irregularities, and more. Excessive stress, both mental and physical, indicates an increased need for vitamin B found in food sources.'

They sure sound failiar to me. I don't know if incresing my vitamin B is going to correct the issue now that it is done so I don't want to get my hopes to high. But, I do believe this biologically explains what went wrong with me.
