Cheater, Cheater Pumpkin Eater

I am convinced that I am healing this thing and not just hiding the symptoms with a clean diet and I'll tell you why. First, I have not been all that 'clean' of an eater since New Year's. I fell off the bandwagon, if you will, then got ran over by it. I got so plastered on New Year's Eve that I litterally thought I was going to die New Year's Day (would have served me right). I felt poisoned! But, I wouldn't trade it for anything because that night, well into my 5th cocktail, I could run around outside under the fireworks, without a second thought to my pain, back, or condition. I was free once more and that moment is what I now refer to as my 'sanity moment' (we are all allowed them!). Secondly, I have been cheating on my diet once a day in the evening with chocolate, and alot of it (it's not my fault if Santa brought it to me in my stocking...I mean it's Santa!). Finally, Aunt Flow is in town.  Add this all up together and I should be in terrible condition right now, that is, if my clean diet was only masking the symptoms. Instead I feel right on par with where I was before. I haven't made any improvements mind you, but I haven't slipped back to the dark side either. This has been the most pain free period I have had in about a year! This all means that in my hard work of when I was being a conscience body owner I managed to do something that actually improved my condition, ie healed it a little? Now that the New Year has passed I have re-committed to no cheating. Well, weekly cheating in lieu of daily... This is GREAT news!

  2. Great! Thanks for sharing your regimen. Do you find that only taking those supplements helps? Where is your pain and activity level at? I would like to try and narrow it down to the supplements that seem to work the best for all our pocketbook's sake! Drop me a line anytime fellow tarlovian!
